The SPORTS 4 FUN programme is for children aged 6 - 10 years and is designed to introduce and encourage children to develop their A B Cs. Agility, Balance & Coordination in our games & activities.
Children will be encouraged to develop their Fundamental elements of sports such as bouncing, catching, throwing and balancing in a fun and games related environment.
The SPORTS 4 FUN courses encourage children to take an active step in improving & developing their individual needs for a healthier body and mind.
Our objectives are also to develop life skills such as independence, social interaction and self confidence.
All the lessons are taught with plenty of creativity to engage your
child and make their experience of a sporting environment a positive and happy one.
